1st prize in an
architectural competition organised by ZAO Ozerki,
Peterburgstroy Skanska’s subsidiary in Russia in 2004.
The objective of the competition was to come up with an
improved master plan for a site adjacent to the “New
Scandinavia” residential area (2nd phase) in the
Vyborsky area of St. Petersburg on the shores of
Pargolovskoje lake. The assignment was done in
co-operation with SWECO FFNS.
