The cultural and leisure
complex comprises three major zones: the Waterpark,
Multifunction Park and Amphitheater. Other features
include Presidential Pavilion, Aquarium, Mosque,
Children Play Area and several restaurants. A
leading theme in the landscaping are artificial
rocks, which accommodate both leisure and
maintanance facilities.
